To accomlish our mission the principles continually hone their complimentary skill sets. AllStar Renovations' owner, co-founder and president, Gina Gillette, joined our team in 2004 as director of business development and real estate investments.

Gina is a licensed State of Illinois real estate broker, experienced multi-family property manager, interior redesigner, real estate investment consultant and held a  State of Illinois real estate appraisal license in good standing for six years.   

Gina has managed millions of dollars in single family to multi-unit residential real estate investment property transactions. She has conducted well over 4,500 property inspections, and has received several O.S.H.A certifications.

Ms. Gillette has also served as a director of project funding for a Chicago-based private equity organization, specializing in funding real estate investment projects ranging from $500K to $500 million. In 2005, she became a consulting member of Guidepoint Global Advisors' Society of Industry Leaders. She is also a member of the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators & Developers (NABHOOD), the Strategic Management Society and the National Association of Professional Women.

Gina earned  an MBA from the University of Maryland and is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Springfield, Cum Laude.  Currently, she is pursuing a Masters of Science in Management with a Financial Management Specialization at the University of Maryland University College.

AllStar Renovations' Vice-President and co-founder; Dale Tammen, began his wallcovering career in 1971, in Illinois, as an assistant to an established wallcoverings contractor. In 1981, Dale moved to southern Califormia and worked for several large commercial wallcovering contractors. He opened his own wallcoverings company in 1984.

Over the last twenty-seven years, Dale Tammen has earned a national reputation as a master wallcoverings craftsman for hotels and casinos, commercial and luxury residential projects. As a result, Allstar Renovations is able to bring beauty, lasting quality and innovative solutions to the most challenging projects.

Dale is a member of the National Guild of Professional Paper Hangers (NGPP) and is a an EPA Lead Safety-Certified Renovator.

AllStar Renovations, Inc. is a proud member of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, the American Hotel and Lodging Association, the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association, the National Guild of Professional Paper Hangers (NGPP) and is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business.
